Airport Lynx Description
Wherever your destination, you'll be pleased to have chosen Airport Lynx. Relaxing in the rear of one or our luxury Mercedes cars, your thoughts will be anywhere but on the journey ahead. All our vehicles have climate controlled air conditioning, leather upholstery and ample leg room. We can provide a newspaper of your choice and refreshments if requested. Wifi and laptop charging points are also available in some of our vehicles
Your journey starts with our car arriving at your pick-up point ahead of time to load your luggage and for you to do those final checks. Once on the way, our driver will be making use of all traffic information systems and will be aware of alternative routes to get you to your destination in good time.
We monitor the airport website to check for flight delays and will send your car to arrive at the airport approximately 15 minutes before the flight is due to land. We recommend the Airport Information Desk as a meeting point although your driver can meet you anywhere inside the terminal buildings on request. Your driver will wait at the designated meeting point, displaying a name board detailing the passenger name (and company name if required) and once you arrive, will assist you with your luggage. We can, if required, provide the name and mobile number of your driver the evening before you travel.

Earlier this week, the Department for Transport released plans for new minimum standards.
One of the recommendations is “ All PHVs (Private Hire Vehicles) must be required to provide information to passengers including driver photo ID and the vehicle license number, in advance of a journey. This would enable all passengers to share information with others in advance of their journey…”

We were extremely impressed with both of our recent journeys with your company. The pick ups were bang on time.The drivers were both friendly and courteous. We felt we were in very safe hands. Could not have wished for a smoother start and finish to our holiday. Many thanks.
We used Airport Lynx to get us to and from Gatwick airport in Sept/Oct 2016. In our party there were nine of is all together three of which were young children (3yr, 1.5yrs and 4months old) as you can imagine this could have been very stressful but it was made much easier by using this company. They were very organised and kept in contact with me on a regular basis giving me all the relevant paperwork needed they contact you a day before to confirm your driver and pick up time they even text you and send and email to you when your driver has arrived at your address on the day overall I was very impressed and I can not recommend them enough. The mini bus was very clean, tidy and had plenty of space for our bags and Driver Tom (this is now what my son calls him) was very helpful, he was on time, helped to unload and load bags and even helped put car seats in. If your thinking of using a company to take you to the airport then defiantly use Airport Lynx.

Used Airport Lynx to take our group to Stansted Airport. We found the service exceptional. Bus arrived promptly, was spotless and driver was helpful and friendly.
On our return the driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall at Stansted. Was most helpful.
In all, both trips were completely hassle free and I would definitely use your company again.

Drivers are all reliable, polite and respectful - you need to work, relax or simply don't fancy talking, they always pick it up and respect it. The cars are immaculate, from the elegant saloons to the minibuses.
Love airport Lynx . Booked over the phone to pick up my mum from Heathrow , excellent meet and greet services and the driver even took my mum through some pretty villages as she told him it would be her last trip to Europe . Because of your excellent service she decided to return to Heathrow the same way .
I used the Airport Lynx service when visiting friends over Christmas and have been meaning to leave a reply ever since. Nothing was too much trouble, they waited for us when we were delayed and the weather was terrible. Fantastic service!

Called AirportLynx to collect us after having flights cancelled and needing to travel to different airport to get home. I had to still pick up my car from Stansted and they were even happy to drop the rest of my family off on the way. Very impressed with the friendly but efficient service and would not have any hesitation in recommending to others.

My parents and I have used Airport Lynx for the last 5 years to get toand from the airports and home for many trips.
Most recently London area was hit with a snow storm resulting in delays at the airport, neither the weather or the delays at the airport were something my parents could control upon their arrival. As a result the car service is demanding more money for the delay. My parents already gave the driver an extra large tip for his time. The driver was over driving for the road conditions.
Will be telling people to avoid this service and seeking new company.
