The fact that I have bought my last 4 used cars here speaks for itself. I feel very fortunate to have such an outstanding supplier nearby, and the service department is second-to-none.

I can best describe my process of buying a car from Aitken-Walker as first class.

After seeing the advert on auto trader I phoned Aitken-Walker and spoke with Graham. As I had to travel 40 miles to get to his showroom I asked him to describe the car. On arriving at the showroom I found the car was as described. Throughout the transaction nothing appeared to be an issue or problem for Johnny or Graham.

Which leads me to believe that a number of 'big city' car / main dealers, could learn a lot from the 'personal service' offered by Aitken-Walker.

I do not work for Aitken-Walker and would happily drive the 80 mile round trip to deal with them in the future. When it's time to change my car again.

Great service from Graham & the team. They took time to cover the car & its history. At all times they were professional & helpful. They have a great play area to distract the kids & allow the adults to conclude the deal.
