Went hear on wedding day and can honestly say food was second to none! Everyone loved there food everything was fresh and every single thing was delicious!

We have now visited Akbars twice and must say that is has now become our favourite Indian restaurant. The food is of a very high quality and the service is excellent. I would recommend this place very highly and would urge lovers of Indian food to give this establishment a visit.

The one and only reastaurant in Glasgow"Akbars". Been using Akbars for more than 3 years and never had a bad experience. Food is delicious,tasty and staff is excellent.I celebrated all my wedding anniverseries there. Splended environment and decore. I'll come over again and again👌🏻👏🏻👍🏻

Staff good , food excellent, good portions,I had sheep brains after recommended, good trier 4 out of ten , one main 2 rice and garlic

It was my first time here, I loved the food. The waiters/waitresses were so caring and made sure we where well looked after. I came here with my family for dinner and had such an amazing time.

I went here for an early Valentine's meal with my partner. I ordered a mild chicken tikka, and my partner has a chicken balti. We both really enjoyed the food here. We had been to the Akbars down in newcastle, which made us went to try the one in Glasgow. It was a lovely restaraunt, it was a very clean and comfortable place to eat out, although it was a bit far up sauchiehall street, but was well worth it. Staff were all amazing and very helpfull. Would definitely recommend this Indian restaurant, and will definately be returning in the near future.

Great service by Imran and Rally, who where both very helpful and very friendly. The food was really nice and ingredient where of a very good quality. I would highly recommend this particular Akbars branch due to the all round service and experience offered at Akbar.

Food was amazing.... Staff very polite and friendly and food reasonably priced. The most massive Naan Bread I have ever seen! A visitor to the City I would well and truly recommend!!

Food is beyond amazing! Only disappointment is you can’t get food to the quality of Akbar’s anywhere else! Totally worth travelling for! My favourite place 😊

First time here tonight. Visited the one in Leeds and booked this for a work night out..food was amazing and the place is lovely. Our bill got messed up and we didn't get a garlic nan we ordered but still gets 5 stars from me.

Brilliant food, warm welcoming atmosphere and definitely a place to linger, chat and laugh out loud as you munch your way through dish after lovely dish.

Been using akbars for over 3 years and never had a bad meal the food is 1-st class waiters and waitresses all go out of their way to make sure you get what you want and it's very reasonably priced 10 out of 10 every time ��

Amazing! Ate in Akbars in Bradford a couple of years ago and loved it and the experience in Glasgow was jus' as good. Plenty of lamb and prawns in the dishes, the nans are legendary, enough for three folk to share one bread. Was nice and warm in there and out waiter Davide was very attentative, as were all the staff. Amma curry addict, this rates highly

Would have been a five but it was freezing !

Food was amazing have been to restaurant in Leeds and been looking forward to this for months

Finally got here didn’t disappoint but heating needs sorted !

We will be back but when temperature increases

It was ok nothing special. I won’t like to go back as it was just usual taste.
