Great service, had my eyebrows and Nails done, very reasonable prices and excellent service, with smiles all around.

Tragic. Went to get my eyebrows tinted and threaded and they ended up blocked in because member of staff was too distracted talking to her pals instead of paying attention to her customers and left the tint on too long, one eyebrow is darker than the other and tint was low quality. I also got my lashes done before the eyebrows and they were horrific. I asked for eyelash perm and the lady gave me extensions! Wasn't what I asked for. To make matters worse the extensions are very tacky and look horrendous and are not comfortable on the eye. Primark £1 lashes are 100 times better and you can get 20 pairs for the same price as this shite. Now I've got bush lashes and sperm eyebrows looking awful I have the walk of shame down the street with dirty looks from everyone that passed me. Never going back, not impressed.

4 members of staff talking extremely loud to each other in their own language, cd player blasting in background. Went in for overlays on my own nails, they are a mess very thick uneven and she had the buffer on that fast it felt as if my nails where on fire. Left without Polish as I could not bare it any longer. Would never go back or recommend. Terrible experience

I go here regularly to get my pedicure - love it. Always really nice, relaxing and truly enjoyable experience. Thanks ladies x

I used to love this place for getting my eyebrows done until they got new staff 👏🏻 I was getting my brows threaded and the lady totally lost the shape I looked like Spock ! I Was left with a bald patch on my right brow !!!! 😡Whilst she was doing it another lady was covering my face with her hand I couldn't breath never been back WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT GIRLS

went for my eye brows waxing and chest waxing , girls done a fanatic job very happy and would recommend this place to everyone . everyone has complimented me on my eyebrows being be amazing .

Phoned for an appointment, was told they were too busy and hung up the phone! Sooooo rude will never go here!
