I'm really struggling to make this pic look as amazing as it tastes, but I realised it is what it is and I shouldn't try to. Incredible dish called Mujadara. It's lentils, bulgar and onions with salt, pepper and lots of cumin. So basic but is full of all the good stuff. This will be the next blog post ✌️Proper Middle Eastern food!

Standard breakfast from Big Nabs. Home made lebneh which is made from strained yogurt (more details to come!) with dried mint and olive oil, olives and pitta 🙌 Nothing fancy, great taste.
