As a qualified Personal Trainer I can offer fitness and nutritional advice. I know the hard ship it is to lose weight as I went through it myself and managed to lose 3. 5 stone and started feeling so much better. I want the same for others. I aim to train you from your own home or outside when the weather is better.
I always start with a free 30 minute consultation in which we will discuss goals and what you want from training.
