Terrible communication skills from this solicitor, I was buying a property from them, after the sale of my own house fell through they were informed of this and asked if their client was willing to wait, they failed to respond on 3 occasions, the house remained under offer for a further 2 weeks before they put it back on the market without informing us despite having had our offer accepted. Only found out by looking on TSPC and seeing the under offer was now removed. After calling them to talk to them on the matter I got nothing but a bad attitude from the receptionist and a refusal to let me speak to the solicitor and also learned that they felt it was acceptable to not have the decency to give people a courtesy call regarding these issues. I would avoid at all costs and I will be avoiding all properties they are selling in the future.
