That's me just finished my first 8 week boot camp and I'm loving it! Signed up for the next one too! Alanna is a fantastic coach, she motivates and encourages us all and she never misses a trick! Boot camp is hard work but she keeps at you so that you always achieve your best. We even manage to squeeze in a few laughs! Highly recommended to anyone thinking about getting off the couch and getting fit. Without Alannas help and encouragement during class and online I'd never have stuck to it and I'm so happy with the weight loss and inch loss I've achieved in only a matter of 8 weeks!

Loved my pt session first I have ever done this and not worked out in a long time alanna was great not as scary as I first thought would defo recommend to anyone thinking of doing this. Ok adding on to this review it is now 4. Months down the line and I can honestly say it is the best thing I have done my body and fitness has changed dramatically and the tips and advise you get from alanna is second to none great food tips to I eat more now that I ever have I would highly recommend alanna if you are thinking of getting a personal trainer you will not regret it result and fast also they is no judgment at the gym or by anyone no matter your size or fitness level you will feel completely comfortable and be encouraged to better yourself

Now 1 year down the line the quickest year of my life must say my body has changes to levels I did not think possible tbh am going to be 40 in a few weeks and feel fitter and look better that I have in year alanna has keptd me motivated the whole time and really does give you the support you need if it wasn't for her I would have definitely given up .

I would highly recommend Alanna !! After having my baby nearly a year ago and getting married In a years time I was really paranoid about my weight! so i messaged Alanna and went for my 1st pt about 4 weeks ago and from then and trying to healthy eat as much as I can I have lost just over half a stone !!! I feel amazing and cant thank Alanna enough ! So it's safe to say I will be there every week until my wedding lol ! She's amazing !

I have recently started personal training with Alanna after taking her Kettlebells class and saw some of the amazing results she produces.

I have been working hard to get healthy and lose weight but was always intimidated to go into a gym. I spoke to Alanna as I felt that just joining the gym alone wouldn't be enough for me and that I needed someone to push me harder than I'd push myself.

Alanna has a great attitude, she adapts everything to suit her clients and every session is different which I love as never know what to expect!

I feel that although I have only been doing PT for a few weeks that I can see changes in in my clothes which Keeps you motivated.

I also noticed that in classes now I have the strength and flexibility to do things I previously struggled with.



Alanna genuinely cares about her clients offering extra help like healthy eating tips, group pages for support and being able to adapt her schedule to fit in sessions around my work have been so appreciated!

Even the tears during the sessions are tears normally with laughter rather than pain as she just makes the session such a great laugh but makes sure the work is done!



I would urge anyone regardless of their fitness level to speak to Alanna as she will be more than willing to get you where you need to be!

At 37 weeks pregnant I’ve just finished weekly Personal Training with Alanna having started at 7 weeks. Alanna tailored a safe Pregnancy program for each trimester focusing on areas of my body that needed to be strong for labour. She also guided me on the right foods to eat throughout the pregnancy. I put my healthy second pregnancy with no medical ailments down to Alanna keeping me active and on the right track with food. I’m going into this labour feeling strong. She is an expert in pregnancy exercise.

Alanna' s early morning bootcamp is fantastic. It's hard work. Alanna made the sessions accessible to all as well as challenging, and the group results were just fantastic. I Had such an amazing time with great people and instructor who created a happy and motivating environment for our bootcamp caters for all ages and abilities and there is no hiding from Alanna! She is so motivating and you never know what exercises you're walking in to!

Alanna' s early morning bootcamp is fantastic. It's hard work but loads of fun and the tunes on a Friday are great! I am 55 and in January was feeling pretty fat and frumpy. My hips and knees were a bit creaky and sore. Now I just feel FAB!! The bootcamp caters for all ages and abilities and there is no hiding from Alanna! She is so motivating.

Alanna is one of the most motivated and positive people I have came across in a long time. I was apprehensive about going to a gym but I feel totally confident now. I never thought I could do the workouts but I can and that's thanks to this girl. Nothing is a bother to her and I admire her thirst for learning. Everything I go she is going on a course . She's a hard taskmaster but that's what I need.

Absolutely terrified to walk into a gym, gained so much weight recently after losing my mum, got in touch with Alanna and I'm so glad I did, week 3 of my personal training and I now walk into the gym with confidence in no longer scared or paranoid I'm actually starting to enjoy it and although it's hard work and I've been close to collapsing at times I really love it and I'm starting to feel good within myself .....I owe a lot to Alanna for helping me feel inner peace and happiness again as it's been a tough 2 years, I would highly recommend

I would highly recommend Alanna !! After having my baby nearly a year ago and getting married In a years time I was really paranoid about my weight! so i messaged Alanna and went for my 1st pt about 4 weeks ago and from then and trying to healthy eat as much as I can I have lost just over half a stone !!! I feel amazing and cant thank Alanna enough ! So it's safe to say I will be there every week until my wedding lol ! She's amazing !

I have recently started personal training with Alanna after taking her Kettlebells class and saw some of the amazing results she produces.

I have been working hard to get healthy and lose weight but was always intimidated to go into a gym. I spoke to Alanna as I felt that just joining the gym alone wouldn't be enough for me and that I needed someone to push me harder than I'd push myself.

Alanna has a great attitude, she adapts everything to suit her clients and every session is different which I love as never know what to expect!

I feel that although I have only been doing PT for a few weeks that I can see changes in in my clothes which Keeps you motivated.

I also noticed that in classes now I have the strength and flexibility to do things I previously struggled with.



Alanna genuinely cares about her clients offering extra help like healthy eating tips, group pages for support and being able to adapt her schedule to fit in sessions around my work have been so appreciated!

Even the tears during the sessions are tears normally with laughter rather than pain as she just makes the session such a great laugh but makes sure the work is done!



I would urge anyone regardless of their fitness level to speak to Alanna as she will be more than willing to get you where you need to be!

I have been going to Alanna for PT and just about to finish my first 8 week boot camp, I'm hooked and booked in for the next boot camp.

I can honestly say that my personal fitness has improved so much, along with my confidence about my body image.

Alanna is so encouraging and is personable to everyone especially during boot camp, she has a natural ability to put you at ease, and adapts exercises to meet all of our fitness abilities, sizes and ailments. Such a great atmosphere at boot camp too. �� lots of laughs.

She is so aware of what each person is doing� Alanna believes in me and truly wants to help me change for the better and improve my health.

I have a long way to go but have no doubts that it will be achievable with Alanna by my side. I would strongly recommend Alanna for PT and boot camp. I am 10 lbs down and 7 inches so far...��

Highly recommend Alanna for PT sessions. I was really scared before I started as I am totally new to exercise and any form of fitness but Alanna put me totally at ease. Shes tailor made a work out just for me and always there to help me keep going when Im ready to give up! Looking forward to working towards a healthier, slimmer me!

Been going to Alannas classes for years which are all great, but recently started personal training with her which i cant recommend highly enough. In only 6 weeks ive lost weight, dropped body fat and drop inches....and after 3 yrs im finally starting to feel happy in my own skin again�

At 37 weeks pregnant I’ve just finished weekly Personal Training with Alanna having started at 7 weeks. Alanna tailored a safe Pregnancy program for each trimester focusing on areas of my body that needed to be strong for labour. She also guided me on the right foods to eat throughout the pregnancy. I put my healthy second pregnancy with no medical ailments down to Alanna keeping me active and on the right track with food. I’m going into this labour feeling strong. She is an expert in pregnancy exercise.

Alanna' s early morning bootcamp is fantastic. It's hard work. Alanna made the sessions accessible to all as well as challenging, and the group results were just fantastic. I Had such an amazing time with great people and instructor who created a happy and motivating environment for our bootcamp caters for all ages and abilities and there is no hiding from Alanna! She is so motivating and you never know what exercises you're walking in to!

Alanna' s early morning bootcamp is fantastic. It's hard work but loads of fun and the tunes on a Friday are great! I am 55 and in January was feeling pretty fat and frumpy. My hips and knees were a bit creaky and sore. Now I just feel FAB!! The bootcamp caters for all ages and abilities and there is no hiding from Alanna! She is so motivating.

Alanna is one of the most motivated and positive people I have came across in a long time. I was apprehensive about going to a gym but I feel totally confident now. I never thought I could do the workouts but I can and that's thanks to this girl. Nothing is a bother to her and I admire her thirst for learning. Everything I go she is going on a course . She's a hard taskmaster but that's what I need.

Alanna has definitely helped me get my training mojo back by tailoring a programme specifically for my needs (and putting up with my potty mouth! )

I would definitely recommend, I may feel battered and bruised but she definitely keeps me motivated .

Absolutely terrified to walk into a gym, gained so much weight recently after losing my mum, got in touch with Alanna and I'm so glad I did, week 3 of my personal training and I now walk into the gym with confidence in no longer scared or paranoid I'm actually starting to enjoy it and although it's hard work and I've been close to collapsing at times I really love it and I'm starting to feel good within myself .....I owe a lot to Alanna for helping me feel inner peace and happiness again as it's been a tough 2 years, I would highly recommend
