Had work done following appalling service by Pentland Jaguar. They have failed to do the work to a satisfactory standard. As this work relates to the exhaust system under the bonnnet this is in fact a serious health and safety issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be taking legal advice if they do not resolve the issue promptly tomorrow morning.

Arrived at garage at 8am without an appointment. Had no rear fog lights, no reverse lights and boot wouldn't open. Auto electrician checked fault and diagnosed problem instantly (broken earth wire). Even though they were really busy he started work on my car straight away. Less than an hour later I had my car back on the road all fixed. Absolutely brilliant service and would definitely highly recommend this garage. Ps....thank you for the chocolate bar 👍👍 Top Class 👍👍

Car was in with suspension noise, garage decided to clean brakes and the noise remained? returned car for problem to be solved. Mechanic contacted us (eventually) stating there was no noise and no fault could be found. I suggested they road test and suddenly a broken ball joint was found! Very poor work and unnecessary work charged for, rude staff not willing to accept responsibility for there own mistake, basic customer service lacking hugely, strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Worth adding we are new to the area so have been trying all the garages when have needed work done. this is by far the poorest quality in Perth. Avoid!

Get the job done - appreciate the text messaging to tell me when work is complete. Have visited about eight times in the past four years (tyre changes). I'd advise communicating exactly when you need the car back.
