Alba Alliance

Our purpose is to Advance LGBT + inclusion in Scottish workplaces and foster community between organisations. Our strategy to achieve this is structured around 4 principles: Raise, Build, Share and Grow. RAISERaise awareness of challenges faced by the LGBT + community and celebrate success and raise the profile of the alliance as well as of the member organisations. BUILDUse the alliance to build relationships with the public sector and local charity organisations to impact wider society. SHAREShare best practice, ideas and opportunities to make Scottish organisations more attractive for LGBT + people and provide better opportunities for the LGBT + community. GROWGrow as a network and collectively run events; evolve by continuously learning and drawing on best practice to devise innovative and creative interventions.
