Very pooooooor Customer service, all the workers defo need to be trained

Good place to get authentic Asian brands. They are a wholesaler so customer service may not seem that great.

Extremely bad and unprofessional customer service! I Visited at 8.00pm on 28th February, 2017. I asked for help from two staff in the shop. The first male staff was ok; however, he could not tell me where the items I was looking for were. Then the second came out of checkout room with extremely impatient attitude. After I told him about the items, he suddenly started talking to another customer in their home language!!! After politely waiting with ignorance for a couple of minutes, I had to left and looked for help from other staff. But this staff finished his happy conversation with other customer and asked me with abusive movement about what I was looking for. I told him and he gave to me without any face.
This was so horrible and disappointed experience in the one of the biggest Cash and Carry wholesalers in Glasgow.

I was here yesterday very nice staff they have a few bargains for everyones daily needs will be back to spend my hard earning cash
