Our lovely shop has been very badly flooded due to the heavy rainfall on Friday night - we will be closed for the next two weeks to repair the damage. Knit and Natter has to be cancelled - please note I will be able to fulfil my cake orders. “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!”

Make your own birthday cake - another service we provide - Niamh is 12 and made her sister Camerons 17th birthday cake all by herself with guidance - Cracker the dog is pretty pleased with the likeness too.,

Our shelves are filled with jars of handmade jams and preserves including: Strawberry, Raspberry, Redcurrant, Rhubarb, Rhubarb and Ginger in our jam range - also our own Fruit Chutney or Rhubarb Chilli and Ginger relish - also our famous Nettle Syrup is back too. See you soon x

Our open nights have been really popular so you can look forward to our hosting one on the last Friday of every month ongoing. Here is our menu for Friday 29th June - places are limited so early booking is advisable.

Would HIGHLY recommend the carrot cake, couldn't post a pic either as it was gone rather quickly, but popped back to get more to treat everyone else! Can't wait to try to the chocolate beetroot brownies!

We ordered a Three tiered Christmas Cake and picked it up Saturday for a large family get together, few young kids hence celebrated Christmas early with them as this is only time we are together. Alison created a stunning Three tier cake, bottom tier chocolate, middle vanilla with the top tier being Gluten free for one of the family ! Each tier was incredibly moist and so tasty. The Gluten free tier was the best she had ever tasted. Thank you so much Alison for making another part of the weekend Wonderful !

Thankyou for a lovely night. The local Dexter beef was amazing. Service great and value for money. Hope you organise a similar night soon. Great to have somewhere local to go with a nice quiet relaxed atmosphere. Well done��

Private dining party for 10 of us at Alison Brown Creations last Saturday night. The food was amazing & we were made so welcome. Very reasonably priced & lots of ice provided to chill our byob drinks! We will be back. X

Popped in for a wee bit of lunch not knowing what to expect, what a pleasant surprise, friendly faces and lovely food. We had lentil soup that was served with bread and oatcakes, oatcakes from the bakers round the corner were yummy. Decaf coffee was excellent and the lemon drizzle really tasty. We don't get much chance to be out for lunch or a snack but will definitely pop back in when we have the opportunity.

I had a cake baked by Alison for my daughter's 5th birthday and it was fantastic, the sponge was really light and moist and it tasted really good. It was also done at very short notice thanks again xxx
