Hi David and Team at Alistair Buchan. Apologies for the delay in writing this feedback!
I bought my Seat Leon FR back in October and I haven't looked back since. I love my new car and the driving experience is amazing. David met us with a cheerful greeting and a smile and basically left us to look at the seat and test drive. We loved this as, for me, there is nothing worse than stepping onto a forecourt an a salesman approach within 1 minute of this, it really puts me on the back foot. However, David put us right at ease. The process of purchasing the care went so smoothly, no hiccups at all. When we arrived to pick up the car, David had stayed late for us which was so kind. He also offered to get us Dinner from the local deli down the road as it was tea time! You don't get that kind of personal service at the bigger dealers. Professionalism from start to finish. I needed a repair to the car which was carried out with no issue, courtesy car provided as well. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new vehicle, can't say anymore other than, OUTSTANDING, thank you

Would thoroughly recommend buying a car from here. Their salesman David is lovely and not at all pushy. He let's the cars sell themselves. I travelled quite a distance to buy a car from here, as they had the car I wanted and every review written about the garage was a 5 star 🌟 one 😀

Pleasure to deal with, David is a man of his word Car is immaculate and got a fair price when part exchanging mine. Had to have a small chip removed by 'dent devils' and true to his word was carried out and my convenience at my home address no problems at all would definitely recommend nice to deal with someone decent upfront and honest. Always a double edged sword when changing your car and can at times be a minefield with unscrupulous dealers including (if not more so!) the larger Arnold Clark's etc due to the volume of sails as soon as they have your signature that's all they are interested in! And the aftersails can be lacking to say the least if not non-existent at times.

I visited this garage approx 2 weeks ago. The salesman, David, was very knowledgeable, super kind and couldn't do more to help me. I test drove a petrol Audi and queried what it was like to test drive the same car in diesel format. He had one in the showroom... proceeded to open the glass door, move cars out of the way and lock up so I could also try that!

My intention was to trade an Octavia for an Audi though I am still in two minds. Therefore, I haven't bought a car from David, but I would have zero hesitation doing so. I now understand what people mean when they say you should find a small garage you trust. This is one of those garages.

If only all dealerships were like this. Definitely the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. Dave, head of sales is the nicest salesman I have ever met. Ever since the first time I called up to enquire about a car, he has always be honest and not the slightest bit pushy. I actually felt like I was buying the car of THEM, and not feeling as if they were selling it to ME. THAT IS THE WAY ALL CAR DEALERSHIPS SHOULD COME ACROSS! Fast-forward a few days and multiple phone calls, the car was test drove and purchased. I will return one day to purchase another car for sure. I highly recommend. Thanks Guys.
