Here we have a full house renovation that I completed in George Street, Cellardyke. Transforming this small dark and cold house into a beautiful bright wee home was such a pleasure. As you can see there was quite a bit of steel involved in strengthening all of the old timber joists that bowed through the years. Doubling up the old roof rafters to strengthen the roof for new roof and dormer.

A wet wall job completed in Pittenweem ready for the plumber to fit the shower and screen.

Kitchen fitted in Tayport

Kitchen complete with unit to ceiling Tek Wall, oak finished half partition and new flooring.

Ongoing job in my own house. Fitted wardrobes, soon to add doors leading into the ensuite.

Updated timber cladding in Cellardyke.

It has been a busy year so far for Alistair D Hodge Joinery. There hasn’t been much time to update the page or post photos. Here is a kitchen fitted recently in St Monans complete with 90mm worktops and new flooring.

2 New velux windows fitted and finished in MDF ready for painting

On-going project. All existing outside walls framed and insulated, boarded then skimmed for the cold winters ahead! 😃All windows replaced with new double glazed UPVC windows. Existing doors and door frames ripped out and replaced with new. New extension built for open plan living room and kitchen. Black UPVC cupola fitted in flat roof to give plenty light and black UPVC French doors with glazed panels leading out to the garden.
