Pretty good but once again the coffee machine is turned off so once again no coffee based cocktails.... FFS!
Does the coffee machine need 1.21 Gigawatts to run?

Elegant building, great menu, lovely experience. Can get a bit noisy on a busy night but you can head to one of the side rooms instead.

Had the full English with poached eggs
Everything on the plate tasted delicious tho eggs were over cooked.
Ordered English breakfast tea which annoyingly come with a teapot of water with teabag separate !!!! Why? You now have to put teabag into pot and it takes ages to brew. Please teabag in pot followed by water allowing it to brew nicely.
Slightly over priced and no toast.

Excellent staff, centrally located and very good value for money. We are here most mornings during the Fringe Festival and the portions for the price were so good they pretty much kept us going until late afternoon.

We went in at 8.40pm on a Thursday. Bar wasn't overly busy and it looked good. We placed order for drinks and requested a food menu 15 minutes later we were still waiting for our drinks which weren't even being prepared and our server was standing chatting at the bar. We got up and left which he then noticed but didn't acknowledge.

Quite expensive put their pints are amazing! The beer lines and glasses are very clean. They are perfectly cold. Try the hollyrood pale ale. The burgers are way overcooked - grey meat. A nice place for a drink though!

Nice place with nice food. We had burgers which tasted lovely. Only a bit small.
The coconut water is recommendable

Although the kids and wife enjoyed it. My wagyu burger was very small and had clearly been heated in the microwave to long as the outside was solid. Also never asked once during our meal if everything was good.
