Bad experience, came here for work as a class 1 driver and Tony who is a nice guy told me to come through agency for 3months and would get job end of 3months, so then 3months went by they got someone new rather then me who was told would get the job and is because of the racist night shift manager Alan who did not want me to be part of this work place I know he told them i was not good enough and he said many racist things and I even told him man to man he's being out of line and never told any higher manager as don't like getting anyone in trouble or they thinking am playing racist card, got on with job never complained about anything in the end i been there 1 year thinking is ok will get job in the end and still got no job and they advertised for 5 drivers still not give me the job how weird been with them 1 year and they rather get someone new hmm just used me when they needed help and always been there for them, one exeple when had family big birthday party and they called 2 days before and I missed the party family was not happy with me and went to help kingsmill and in the end I got let go after 1 year because I did my 12 hour shift 4am till 4pm and came back tired and office asked me to move a truck of the bay and park other one on not part of my job as they have full time drivers do just that in yard that but as I don't like saying no incase they think I don't listen I did it and thought truck was loaded and when moved forward by 2/3feet release was not fully loaded but no damage caused and coz of that stupid mistake next day they told my agency to tell me not to contact them ever again. So when they needed me to help them they would call me directly when they want to let me go rather then asking me what happened they tell the agency to tell me not to contact them ever again. Very disappointed with them. now my 1 year experience is ruined as can't use them as a reference, thanks kingsmill for helping my truck career. Arfan
