Don't get your car fixed here!!! Customer service is horrendous!!! My car was here for nearly 6 weeks the first time to do a repair On the door and rear quarter panel. They changed the estimated completion date 6 times! The 2 times that thry told me to come and collect it, again it still was not ready!!! When i finally got my car back the bonnet and the new door that they fitted was all scratched and there were chips where the air hose spray gun had been dragged across my bonnet. When i pointed this out to the vehicle inspector he said "I'll get that fixed in 5 min mate" well it wasnt fixed in 5 min. The SCRATCHES and gouges were catching my nail as I checked the vehicle. When i complained about to their manager, a gentleman called Derek came on and said he would fix the problem, fair play to him for giving me a like for like for the repair. He assured me it would be fixed and would personally check on it when came back from either paternity or holiday on the 6th of October.
I put it in for time he said, sorry we can't give u the car we promised u but can u take this Citroen c2. I have a Passat estate. Its not convienient so We waited a few days and put the car in after they sourced us Toyota estate. Then we had a phone call on the Monday sorry cars not ready, problem with the paint, same on Tuesday and Wednesday. When my partner went to collect the car for the second time she paid the excess before checking the damaged area thoroughly. However she did notice the handle on the brand new door was damaged. Called and spoke to Derek again he said when your car came in the second time we highlighted this on our date stamp pictures. However this was damage from the first time it went in. I've now lost nearly 2 full days of pay due to their incompetence and I'm putting my vehicle into someone else to get it all rectified!!! Very unhappy with this company!!!

Had my car repaired quickly with regular updates from customer services. Car was dropped off by Allied vehicles at my work in immaculate condition and extra fuel for my journey home. Would recommend this company after my experience.

DONT USE! Even if an insurance company is sending your car here for repair, then i would strongly recommend you phone them and tell them to use another garage. I waiting 6 weeks with my damaged car, then they took my car in and had it for another 2 weeks!! The had done the examination of the car so they knew what was wrong and what was needed. The car had a small bump and should of been in and out in a day or maybe 2. I got a courtesee car which had 0 fuel in it. Luckily there was a petrol station close by. He told me to return the car with the same amount of fuel is would be very hard to do as there was 0 in it and they had "no idea" how long my car would be to repair, I'm not exactly going to go to a petrol station. Every day and top my £5. They charged me £288 for damage to 2 alloy wheels which was just standard road use. They are money grabbing bas**rds and will take as long as they can get away with to get as much money off you or the insurance company paying.

Heard 2 reports from friends who were not happy, now my own car is in and absolutely hopeless to deal with . promising unreturned calls and could,nt care less attitude to customers. id definitely use another garage if at any future time I was involved in an accident.
