This is such a challenging time for everyone however health, well being and responsibility for the vulnerable has to take priority above everything else. It's with that sentiment and a heavy heart that I have decided to temporarily suspend all makeup and brow appointments for the next couple of weeks while I continue to monitor the situation that we all face 💔😥
All clients who will be impacted by this decision have been contacted.
... Any clients from 5th April onwards, at the moment, will not be affected however as I'm sure we can all appreciate this is a situation that unfortunately may change.
Anyone wishing to reschedule or cancel appointments beyond the 5th April please get in touch and I will be happy to do so.

At the moment I am getting a number of cancellation's which is completely understandable in these uncertain times, events unfortunately being cancelled and rescheduled etc. 😢💔
I am giving all my clients the option to keep their deposits on hold to use for a future event 🙌 When it is rescheduled or for just some lovely pampering to look forward to once this is all by with 😍 you will ALL deserve it!! 🥰

Just gonna be honest...
Totally at a bit of a loss on how to navigate all this and feeling a little overwhelmed by it all 🥺 but I think the best way to deal with it just now is to just take one day at a time ❤
I will continue to be as accommodating with everyone as I can and keep you all informed as much as possible.
... As a small business it's quite unsettling not knowing how this is all going to pan out, the change it will have on my livelihood and how its going to impact the future. Looking at the bigger picture however this is something that we ALL face and I'm sure its a time that everyone is feeling anxious about and faced with uncertainty, regardless of situation.
I think the main priority is to keep each other safe and healthy and that will continue to be my main focus moving forward. Let's support each other through this as much as we can 💪

Due to the ongoing global health concerns regarding the coronavirus outbreak I feel its appropriate to revise my 48 hour cancellation policy at this time. If any of my clients feel unwell or sick in any way, have travelled to any of the places outlined by the NHS/ GOV or have been in contact with anyone who has been to these countries or is known to have the virus, I please urge you to contact me asap in order to rearrange you...r appointment without losing your deposit, I am more than happy to do this, regardless of how soon your appointment may be.
This is to protect my clients, myself and my family as we all are during this time.
High Hygiene standards will continue to be maintained ensuring that sanitized tools are ALWAYS used as per usual policy and all of my clients who will still be attending their appointments will be provided with sanitizing hand gel and urged to wash hands when entering and leaving the studio.
I thank you all for your help as we continue to support each other and keep everyone safe.
