It's only when you have a problem that you see a persons true colours. Shocking company, the owner has to be the biggest liar I've ever come across! I WOULD NOT deal with Allmark Sweets ever again. Stay away!!!

I order product several times a year and the service and product has always been fantastic. Being able to ship to direct to BFPO numbers is great and this has kept a lot of people happy when they're away at sea. However, I two products of low value didn't arrive with my recent order. I emailed and was told that they would look at the CCTV footage and get back to me. That's fair enough but the implication is that I'm a liar when I'm actually a long term customer. I never heard back though I emailed twice more and I was extremely polite. Total shame that I have to find a new distributor. I'm so disappointed in the way I've been treated over a matter of no more than a couple of quid.
