Went in to get a specific Bontrager piece for my stem, not a sale piece. Your employee found one for me and gave it to me for free (didnt catch his name, 5pm ish on 5th Sept). A small gesture but an invaluable one for me, thank you. I didn't even buy anything - be assured that I will be back whenever I need to buy something from now on!

Knowledgeable staff and good products. I was really impressed when I went in on a Sunday morning with a snapped gear cable, expecting to drop the bike off for a week. Instead they repaired it there and then and I was back on the road a few minutes later.
