AltoGame consists of two games which are interconnected. In the first game Lateral Gallery players find creative answers to their burning real life business questions using customized art metaphor.
They may for example:

- Create collaborative solutions
In the second game Agile Avenue agile way of working can be enhanced safely and efficiently.
Players learn:
- How to act and solve problems in agile mode
- Whether to pivot or persevere in situations derived from real life
- Share good practices
In both games real business issues are addressed anonymously and without hierarchies. With AltoGame you learn mentoring skills and build a coaching culture into your organization.
