I use this florist on a regular basis and have never been disappointed with the standard of service or the flowers available. Henk is always helpful and nothing is a problem. I ordered a specific arrangement of flowers for a friend who is unwell and the flowers were beautiful - just exactly as I requested. My friend was absolutely delighted with them and this makes it all worthwhile. So once again Always and Forever, thank you for your excellent service.

My Mum received her bouquet of loose flowers in time but informed me the bulk of her bouquet was "greenery" My Mum and myself ran a flower business for many years so we know what is a quality bouquet and what is not. My Mum was very disapointed in her bouquet due to this fact. I will not use this florist again.

10/10.I placed an order and the flower shop phoned me the next day to say they felt the roses were not up to standard and offered a replacement of a different colour.I was looking for white roses but the pink roses were fine by me.They asked what i wanted on the card which i was unsure of at that point ,i said i would phone back in 5 mins with the details.When i phoned back i was offered 12 roses for the price of six because of the damaged white roses which i thought was very generous of them.The roses were stunning and the way the staff dealt with my order was outstanding this is why i am giving the flower shop a 10.Highly recommend.
