The worst letting company in Aberdeen, would not recommend to anyone. When I first moved in my shower wasn't working at all and I had to wait about 10 days to get it fixed and I think not having a shower is a pretty major issue. Then I went away for a week, came back to a broken boiler which was in my wardrobe and basically all my clothes were soaked and had mould over them and the boiler was not fixed while I stayed there, they only got round to fixing it after I said I'm moving out. I couldn't put anything in my wardrobe because it was so wet for the whole time with the leaking boiler. and on top of that my electricity went out and when the electrician came he said all the reports were out of date and nothing was connected right. Rubbish costumer service as they didn't do anything about my problems for ages and no one seemed to care therefore I had to move out before the end of my tenancy.

I have rented out a property for several years with AM-PM and whilst the service wasn't great at times there has been a great improvement this year with them responding quickly to queries and issues. Kelly Harrison in particular has been of great support.

They were very helpful and attentive. Would definitely use this service again

I have been renting a property at Kepplestone through AM PM for the past 18 months and cannot fault them .....great service from all the team and my moving out process has been excellently handled by Yasmin . During my tenancy any issues I have had were addressed & fixed promptly and would highly recommend them . #Excellent

Shambles of a company stay away! Scam artists at their best, trust those bad reviews just ask the citzens advice bureau.

All of my dealings so far with AM-PM have been great. The agent who showed us around the property and conducted the check in was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful.

The staff who I have dealt with over email have also been helpful with any queries I have had.

Customer service 10 out of 10. The best!

As we know moving is so stressfull.
They do all the best they can to help make the transition smooth sailing.

They deal with everything. Landlords/owners, contractors,suppliers,council and so on.

Got new laminated flooring today!

I can give a big list but let's start with the fact that they tried to force me to move in on the date was more convenient for them and no the one I notified.

Second I moved in to found the house was not clean after the other tenant moved out and they didn't check this. The house was disgusting.

As they didn't check anything before I move in. They didn't notice the fridge and freezer was not working and I lost all my food and they didn't take any responsibility for the costs and took them one week to replace it. They don't have a emergency phone number for this issues. So if something happens during the weekend forget about it. You are on you own.

Oh! I have been with them just for one week so imagine how everything is gonna be for me for the rest of the contract. I am definitely moving to another property with another agency as soon as the contract ends.
