I purchased the tile and glass cutter pliers and rod saw to tile my bathroom and kitchen. Both used different types/sizes of tile and it did not work on either one. It wouldn't cut all the way through either tile no matter how hard I pressed the cutting wheel down. I tried using the rod saw and it was like cutting concrete with a plastic knife. I got no where with it. I have been trying to contact the company for over a month and they won't return my calls or emails. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

I got the tile cutter today,its unwrapped, its rusty on one side and there are scratches all over..looks used to me.
