food was fresh to be honest a thought a was goin into yer typical dive in possil but none of that staff took that wee bit extra time with me a stranger.A would recomend anyone passing saracen cross and ye feelin peckish batter into ambers only negative it can be murder tae get a parkin spot but if ye do you will be back goodluck wi yer wee business

Place not busy and our order was simple. Hot chocolate was basically just warm milk with some brown flakes floating in it. Chips were nice but the simple cheese baguette took at least 20 minutes and can't understand why. Especially when it was the dryer piece of bread ever. Also: poor customer service.

Excellent service, lovely food, reasonable prices! The Kids love coming to ambers as there is always a huge selection of icecream!!

1 hour and 50 minutes .. and still waiting for delivery

Ordered food. Waited for 90 minutes to find out 5 minutes before the delivery time that it had been cancelled for no reason.

This cafe is well ran, no long waiting times usually and if there is the staff keep you up-to-date and give you a reasonable explanation as to why. Good food and always nice when the staff remember your usual order!

Food was great. Service was kind, friendly and professional!
