I hired this company to clean my king size mattress. Overall good service.

Positives: The price was good - among the best of the quotes I obtained. The cleaners were professional, and the cleaned up after themselves. They offered helpful guidance on aftercare. The machinery and products they brought appeared to be substantial, suggesting the job was thorough. The mattress was left smelling clean, and I was reasonably satisfied it had been "refreshed" as they put it.

Negatives: They weren't able to remove any of the stains (3 different kinds). They explained this was due to the age of the stains, which may be legitimate, and they had warned me in advance that this would be a possibility, but still ultimately a bit disappointing. Cash only. At first they were reluctant to accept the job due to me being in a top floor flat. They quoted 1 hour for the job but spent only 30 minutes cleaning the mattress. Perhaps they did all they could in that time, but it's reasonable to expect if they'd spent longer they would have accomplished more with the stains - difficult to say - I may be wrong.

All in all, they did a good job. The smells are gone, and it's "clean" in terms of bacteria etc., as far as I can tell - that's the main thing. I'd consider using them again, and would recommend them with the above caveats.
