At Amo Torta, we specialise in a range of handmade gluten and wheat free goods including- cakes, brownies, cookies and tray bakes. Translated from Italian into English, Amo Torta simply means “I love cake” and this love and passion is put into everything we do. All ingredients are weighed by hand and baked in small batches to ensure high quality treats that are free from wheat and gluten. Full of all the tastiness and flavour you would expect in any regular cake or biscuit, but even better!

The aim of the business is simple. People who are coeliacs should not always have to settle for less when it comes to baked goods and nobody should miss out on the treats they love. Regardless of their intolerances, we want our customers to enjoy eating our cakes as much as we enjoy baking them!
