Hahaha YES!! So many people want stuff for free... why? Because it doesn’t cost them anything to fail or not commit to it. It’s been proven that paying for something a person is 90% more likely to commit, succeed and get results 👌 There is also a lot of good information on the internet but also tons a shit on there too, so you really need to be careful what you follow and start of by educating yourself or getting professional advice. If you need any help or advice please se...nd me a message or comment below

Can’t believe I ate that much chocolate...
It's that time of year again when we give ourselves a free pass to overindulge in chocolate, and no matter how good our intentions are we almost always seem to end up having more than we planned. Hey, you are only human, but If you have overindulged and feel terrible for it, here are my 5 top tips to help get you back on track.
... 1. Don’t make it worse.
The number one rule right now is to not continue overeating. It's very common for us to think “I've ruined everything I might as well just keep eating” This is the most important thing not to do. If you are trying to manage weight loss and find you had a bad day yesterday most of the weight you will have gained will be water weight due to inflammation. So break the cycle now and don’t repeat it.
2. Mentally move on.
Regardless of why or how you overate, there is absolutely no point in dwelling on it and beating yourself up. What’s done is done, you need to forget about it and mentally move on. Focus today on eating nutrient dense single based ingredient foods that contain more protein & fibre.
3. Go for a walk.
Talking a 15-20 min walk will give you some fresh air that can help clear your mind, improve blood sugar levels and aid in digestion. Vegetating on the couch all day today isn’t going to help your body or your state of mind and may contribute to another day of potential overeating.
4. Drink some water.
When you feel full, bloated and heavy, I know the last thing you'll feel like doing is drinking water, however this is exactly what you need to be doing in order to help clear your system. Drinking water will help flush out some of the sodium causing the retention and will also get your metabolism firing by rehydrating.
5. Adjust your week.
If you're really concerned that you ate too much yesterday and can’t get over the guilt you can easily correct this by adjusting your week ahead. Reduce meal sizes / intake by 10% over the next coming week and this will help get you feeling back on track. You don’t need to starve yourself or do some stupid detox diet.
I hope these tips help you but more importantly I hope you had a good Easter.

-Progress-
MOST of us measure progress using the scales and more often than not, let that be the deciding factor in how well we are doing.
Scales are a good indicator long term and even then, depending on the time at which you use them, they may show you something that doesn’t reflect your efforts.
... -Increasing strength -Recovering quicker -Fitter -Happier -Sleep -Mood -Measurements -Clothes
These are ALL ways in which we can measure how we are improving.
The scales only make up a small part of the tools for measuring how well we are doing so instead, let’s focus on some of the above as a way to see how well you are progressing.
Do not let the scales define you.
