AN-GRIANAN ESSENCES: I have been producing Flower & Vibrational Essences since 2001, and know from my own and others experience how powerfully they can bring benefit. They are recognised globally as beneficial self-help aids to enhance well-being and inner growth.
Their uplifting energies support a deeper connection to our natural state of wholeness, well-being, and balance, and are catalysts for inner growth and transformation.
Their healing vibration brings a deeper connection with your own inner resources such as peacefulness, stability, joyfulness, and fulfillment.
I make all the An-Grianan essences here in our 4 acre plot or in the local area where I know they are growing in the best of conditions and the fresh, clean air here in the north east of Scotland.

AN-GRIANAN GARDENS: Since moving to An-Grianan in 2014, we have been developing the gardens here. Our first job was to create a vegetable garden and erect a pollytunnel which means we can eat lovely fresh, organic produce from the garden all year round. We have created new flower borders; added more fruit trees to the orchard; planted more trees and shrubs to encourage greater biodiversity; and encourage the wild flowers to grow and thrive.
We love to welcome visitors and groups to the garden, so if you would like to visit do get in touch.
