A machinery company developing new ozone technology for the extension on shelf life in fruits and vegetables. Anacail can generate ozone into a sealed package, destroying bacteria, viruses and mould, extending shelf life and improving food safety. Anacail have already demonstrated significant improvements in food safety and quality through shelf life in Berries, tomatoes and grapes. The drain cleaner product for food factories will be available later in 2018 for destroying human pathogens such as Listeria, Salmonella and E Coli. Also in development is a high level disinfection device for medical instruments.
