Valerie is a very experienced therapist who I have been going to for years now and cannot recommend her highly enough for various massage, facials and yoga. She also has massaging rollers in her studio that are always busy as they have proved to aid slimming.

The best facial in the world. Using environ machine and products for 90 mins of bliss and relaxation left with fabulous glowing skin. �

Love going to Anahata for Roll Shaper Massage. Val is lovely and always so welcoming.
