Andell Studios is a contemporary co working space containing high quality work spaces and supporting facilities, located within the west end of Edinburgh.

Andell Studios is a super central location near west end of Princes Street and in a beautiful listed building by the Dean Village. We provide office space for smaller businesses and individuals, including a coworking environment where you get your own workstation.

Rental includes everything you need, (other than your daily tea or coffee, although we do have a lovely expresso machine to help you! ! ) We won't charge you extra for WiFi, or electricity, or heating, or rates, or using the meeting room or. . . . . . . . you get the picture! Our aim is to be as transparent and upfront as possible, so you can focus on your own business, safe in the knowledge your overheads are clear and fixed, at least for your office.
