New for 2017 – the birth of Anderton McClements, Residential Lettings and Property Management. Its founders are two dynamic women, Emma and Amy, with over 20 years experience between them in the York lettings business, in both the independent and corporate sectors.
They offer an informed and professional approach, underpinned by personal service, in covering everything from initial investment advice, to help with the growth of property portfolios, market appraisals, and full property management.
Anderton McClements's philosophy is based on ‘keeping it simple’, imaginative thinking, and working extra hard on behalf of landlords and tenants in their individual journeys throughout the letting process.
