... Looking for a restaurant, a lovely place to eat, I came upon your restaurant, what a lovely treat! The Haggis, Neeps & Tatties, the yummy Beef Tartare, Is how the meal for two did start, you deserve a large gold star! The Highland Lamb to follow, I did have the Plaice, Both were taste bud tinglers, that simply was the case, A Chocolate Orange Mousse & a Parfait of Tonka Bean, Both so very yummy, at a quality seldom seen! So, before my poem ends, I hope you've had a laugh, Or at least a little smile, both you & all your staff, Next time I visit Edinburgh, I'll make sure I pop in, Missing an Angels with Bagpipes experience, would surely be a sin!
