Angus Environmental Trust is a company limited by guarantee, established in 1997 under The Landfill Tax Regulations (1996). It is a Approved Body which distributes money from the Scottish Landfill Communities Fund.
All projects supported must be for public benefit and meet the criteria of the Trust and importantly be eligible under the SLCF. Applications by private individuals and commercial organisations are not eligible.
