Osteopathy is a recognised method for the treatment of health problems through the manipulation, stretching and massaging of the body.
The underlying principle of osteopathy is that the body's system functions as a whole: a problem in one area will affect tissues in another area. Bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue all need to function in harmony to give us a true sense of well-being.

I was recommended by a friend and when I went it was almost like Lisa was psychic! I stood there and she looked me over and knew exactly why I was there! She helped me with my posture and work and fixed my issues with my neck and shoulders well. I go back every so often when I’ve done something silly to myself! Recently back due to a spasm I had. This is all resolved well now too! I highly recommend! Life saver!
I was beginning to think I’d have to live with constant pain, but then I had the good fortune to meet Lisa. An absolute miracle worker who is extremely professional & has sent my aches packing!
I have had 3 sessions with Lisa and I have really felt the benefit. I presented with neck, shoulder and upper back pain which I have had on and off for a while now. Lisa is very professional and knowledgeable, explaining what to expect throughout the treatments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clinic.
Fitted me in at short notice and were very good.
Lisa explained treatments as she went along and was very professional. Wld highly recommend x
