Anick Description

Since I was a child, I always read or doodled. As soon as I came to the UK, in 77, I went to Epsom Art College. I always love making things too, so enjoyed my time as a Scout /youth leader making craft, while still doing illustrations for magazines (for pocket money) as well as paintings. Due to illness I retired very early and moved to Scotland with my husband where we both enjoyed the wonderful nature, wildlife and views to inspire me in my paintings. He loves woodwork so we joined effort in making Mouse houses with old Elm stumps. . . him carving me felting the mice. . . but my first love will always come back and my fingers will be twitching to paint again. . . wildlife or whimsical. . .
