We have been invited to a friend's wedding and visited the shop not knowing what to expect. My daughter doesn't usually wear "pretty" clothes and doubted she'd find anything to suit. We were met with endless patience and a great willingness to spend time to find what we wanted. My daughter was spoiled for choice and was expertly guided in making her selection within her budget. My 80-year-old mother was with us and treated with courtesy and respect. We were very impressed with the personal service and will definitely be back should we need beautiful clothes for a special occasion. I was looking to wear a saree to my son's wedding in Dubai and did not have a clue how to go about it! I found Anjalis on FB and travelled to Glasgow with my friend who also wished to wear a saree. We had absolutely no idea what to expect but had the best experience! Although the shop was very busy Anjali was extremely helpful in suggesting what we should wear and at no time did we feel under pressure to choose something. She was extremely kind and patient and we have just returned from the wedding and my new daughter in laws family were extremely complimentary on both our outfits! We felt fantastic in them! Hindi wedding in Nepal, 2 Saree’s needed and I was clueless! We made the 45 minute journey to Glasgow to Anjalis Boutique not knowing what to expect. We were met with such a warm welcome by Anjali. The loveliest, most down to earth, lady � she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and every potential difficulty had a solution! She was able to sew a waistband onto my Saree’s which made getting dressed at the wedding easy! The other ladies were very jealous of my pre wrapped saree’s and I had lots of compliments about how beautiful they were � I felt so comfortable in my saree I wore it when my husband and I visited the Taj Mahal! Again, I had lots of compliments from Indian tourists of how well I had wrapped my saree and how pretty it was � we had a fantastic experience at Anjalis Boutique and I would highly recommend it!

Had the most excellent service today; thrilled to attend my friends Lohri next week to celebrate the birth of their twin sons! Thank you so much and good luck with your new location, will pop in to see it all finished and for some other essentials. Susan and Calum xx

A very big thank you to Anjalis for her patience, she helped us finding what we really like which was a big challenge as we entered this shop with a specific idea in mind including the colours but it is a success. I love my saree and my partner's outfit is very beautiful. We are now happy and impatient to be dressed on the D-Day.

Anjali is a really nice women, got all the boys clothes made from here and it was about 20 suits all together and honestly there might have been afew little slight issues but got resolved quickly. Got all the suits made from scratch just with some ideas in my head and afew pictures, honestly have got to say they suits turned out amazing and the price was reasonable with the time we had. Couldn't be much happier with the service and communication. Keep up the hard work Anjali.

Shocking shocking shocking!!!

I dont usually do this sort of thing but this is now a matter of principle!

I had heard many times about the poor customer services and the dishonesty in this place but thpught we would give them the benefit of doubt!!!

But were bitterly disappointed!!!

A rude person who saw my friends as easy since they werent from the asian community... charged £200 for an almost plain gown dress that that was out of fashion, had no trousers, had more than 100 stones missing and fabric which was frayed from the bottom...oh, and wen asked for a bag to protect the suit was too tight to even do that!



And then had the cheek to charge a further £25 for getting it altered but couldnt even do THAT right!!!



When confronted about it, politely but firmly i may add, was patronising and even shouted for us to get out her shop!



Im surprised shes still in business cos this isnt a new thing... im also surprised she hasnt been reported to trading standards!



Well, im not going to hesitate... trading standards will be hearing frm me...!!

Had the worst experience at Anjalis...

We ordered 5 mehndi suits.. first of all she told us end of July.. they did not come til end of August! Next.. when the outfits came.. all of our suits were not the right fit.. the trouser length was really short than the length we gave.. it was bloody 4inch less! Then we explained to Anjalis that it is short.. she started to say it is our fault.. we gave her the wrong measurement even though she measured us herself.. then we had to pay for the alterations and she would not show us the order form to compare the measurements.. clearly she knew she was in the wrong.. she started to speak very rudely towards my mother and family members! She said she shouldn't sell us these clothes for this amount.. I don't get why she did then.. honestly such a bad experience.. All we wanted was for her to say she was wrong and know her mistakes! NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!!

My friend was in tears after we left the shop to find out her bridal dress wasn't fixed properly. Customer service is appalling
