I cannot thank the team at Annan enough for making my life so much easier whilst letting my property (and eventually selling). The whole team are so warm and friendly and very easy to contact. Over the last four years I have had dealt with most (if not all) of the team in some way or another and I always receive the best advice and tips. During the selling stage I was advised on ways to make my property market ready, within my budget, and Annan took care of everything from the marketing, photos (which looked amazing) and legal aspects. Never had an experience like the one with this company. Fortunately never got to the stage of agreeing to sell my house, I never went ahead after hearing horror stories from my friends. This prompted me to ask some questions, none of which were answered how I would expect. All I would say is watch very closely if you are selling or renting with them - the solicitor I am now using says the owner Michael Annan is infamous in their business for the way he works. Will say one thing then do another.
