Absolutely fantastic bridal shop - IMHO - best in Glasgow. Staff very knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful. The service I received was wonderful from my first appointment right through to my dress collection.
I cannot believe some of the negative reviews on here - people complaining about marks on sale/sample dresses - if you don't want any marks buy new!! & other review re service 8 years ago...- really??
My advice is to go here - you won't be dissapointed - I certainly wasn't

The sample dresses are tiny; treated badly - so many were ripped and torn. The help getting into dresses was poor in comparison to places like eleganza sposa. There were pins dropping all over ye floor inside the changing room - not great when your walking in bare feet. And the sales assistant whilst friendly, didn't seem to be as knowledgable about styles/sillouettes and we'd putting my size 12/14 body into size 8/10 samples. Not a good look to then be paraded around a shop in front of all the other customers in. 😂😂 I needed a drink after this experience.

Nice enough service with a good selection of wedding dresses.. pretty demoralizing experience though if you're not a UK size 6-8. All stocked wedding dresses are small sizes. No prosecco/ drinks for making the experience special, something I have enjoyed in other shops

When you phone to make your appointment, they ask you your price range which I thought was great because it gets rid of any awkwardness about stating prices etc. I picked 3 and the lady serving me picked 3 and I totally fell in love with a dress that she picked. I'm very close to going for it when I find out this dress is nearly £1000 over my budget which I simply cannot justify or stretch to! I'm left with this dress in the back of my head and feeling really let down because I assumed she would stick to my budget since it was the only shop that I was asked what my budget was!

Had a great experience here, the dresses are amazing and the service was excellent and they made me feel very special, the girls are all lovely. I am definitely going back to pick my dress.

My wife was subjected to the worst customer service I have ever heard of here. This lot not only did their best to ruin her Jenny P dress but sold her a veil with a large hole in it. Be sure, when you sign off on collection of your altered bridal wear, to check over the items for dirt and tears, or at the very least, next to your signature write 'collected not checked'. This is 8 years on and I am always amazed to find they are still trading.

I cannot disagree more with the previous reviews. I have had an absolutely amazing experience in Anne Priscilla Bridal in Glasgow. Sophie couldn't have been more helpful and sweet. I phoned last minute and got an appointment on a Monday morning and got to try on as many dresses as I wanted, nothing was a problem. After finding "The Dress', I arranged another date to bring my family for a second opinion and to put down my deposit. Lovely store, very professional and positive sales staff who were all congratulating me having found my dream dress!

Anne Priscilla does stock famous designers, like Jenny Packham, but they are not the only wedding retailer in Scotland to do so. I went into Anne Priscilla with high hopes. However, four gowns later I was told my time was up. I booked a return visit, and was only allowed to try on one dress. I have since picked another gown elsewhere, and on googling the designer, found that Anne Priscilla is their other Scottish stockist.
Maybe it is because I am not the most glamorous, or prettiest girl, they assumed I wasn't worth the effort. The whole experience was quite upsetting. They lost my business, and I certainly would not recommend friends to go there.
