One of the best off license shops in Edinburgh. Cute place with plenty of options.

Nice shop, very good prices for craft beer from around the world...the lady that serves you is really friendly and always have nice recommendations and suggestions for you.

An absolute gem of a shop, an impressive range of wines and a growing and well-chosen range of spirits but the beer range is truly second to none in Edinburgh. Covering your usual British suspects (Brewdog, Williams etc) to the Americas, Australia, Belgium Germany and points in between the staff are very welcoming and happy to chat away about any of the bottles and make recommendations. Regular tastings are light-hearted and enjoyable.

It happens all-too-often. I meet my husband for a couple beers after work on a Friday. We both start to think that we'd be better off picking up a selection from the off-licence and heading home to enjoy. Appellation is always our shop of choice, catering to our mutual love of German wheat beers, and our curiosity towards anything by Brooklyn Brewery.
One of the few places in Edinburgh to stock Augustiner, the owner is always ready to chat about beer, sharing his wealth of knowledge on the subject.
