Appletree Clinic Description

We are Appletree Clinic Osteopathy & Acupuncture but our treatments also include Cranial Osteopathy (adults and babies), Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Reiki and much more. We are based on the border between Dundee and Angus behind Broughty Ferry.
Whether you are young or old, have injured yourself doing something you shouldn’t, or are just feeling that you need a boost we would like to help.

We have over 70 years’ experience between us, and a wealth of qualifications. We are here to make sure that you are comfortable, relaxed, listened to and receive the treatment you need. It’s all about you and you probably want to know about us.

🧡🙂This is great stuff - many of us have great difficulty doing exercises such as these but they're really helpful and from a Reflexology point of view this all helps to open up and release tension from the upper torso, neck and spine. Thanks Bearsden Osteopaths! 🙂🧡

🧡 These points largely follow the Reflexology maps I use. Save the video - it's easy to use when you're sitting watching telly of an evening. Give it a try and if you feel tender areas it generally means something is out of balance. Perhaps you're feeling the stresses and strains of life are taking their toll and you need a 'pick-me-up'.
