This is a great wee place. Always been delighted with the clothes that’s been done there, can’t complain on the service either.

Always friendly and helpful, reasonable prices, quick wash, but clothes clean. We always go here because it's so reliable good, even though it's not the closest and parking' s tricky.

Very friendly staff always willing to help in any way possible . Professional quality service . I highly recommend this place

Dropped in a dress for dry cleaning and received it back damaged.

Shop said they would fix it and it would be ready in 2 days, just give them a call.

Called them 2 days later to be told 1st that they never had my dress. Then told that my dress was in a dry cleaners in Broomhill. Finally after speaking the Broomhill cleaners, who never had my dress and were actually the ones that cleaned and ruined it, I was told that it was in the alterations shop 2 doors down from Aqua and it would be £12 for the repair!!

Eventually got to speak to the manager of Aqua who confirmed the dress was indeed in the alterations shop but the would pay for the repair.

Went to the repair shop who told me that the dress had to be fully re-stitched as the the damage was so bad.

This was my bridesmaids dress and Aqua were also cleaning the Brides dress which also was damaged. The repair job on the wedding dress is not good.

Please do not use this place unless you are happy to receive your clothes back damaged and then given the round around from incompetent staff!!!

Got a coat dry cleaned here and the service was great. Fair price, friendly staff and my coat came back perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone was very friendly and chatty, and charged a very reasonable price with an explanation of all the costs for drying etc. Person who I was dealing with went above and beyond to help me figure out the machines and how to use them.

Use the dryers often, great service and plenty of wee cafes near by while you wait

I have been using this laundrette for 2 years ang i am very happy with the service. The wee guy is very helpful and polite. The machines are brand new and the place is very friendly!
