Jordan was fantastic - prompt and efficient and the carpet is looking a million times better than what it did, due to some pet stains and high traffic areas on the hallway. It’s a cream carpet so he really has worked wonders and would highly recommend it. Smells great too! Thanks again Jordan!

I am moving out of a property and emailed Jordan in the morning, he called me right back and said he’d fit me in the following evening. He then called me the following morning to say he’d had a cancellation so fitted me in even earlier. He did an absolutely fantastic job on what was a very dirty carpet. Jordan's customer service is excellent. He got back to me straight away even though he had no availability for my specific date (new sofa arriving). He then got back to me as he had a cancellation. Arrived on time and did a really good job for an excellent price. Very nice guy. Highly recommend.

I've been using Jordan for three years. He and his colleague Eric do a really good and professional service for a reasonable price. Usually they just clean our two carpets, but have recently had them do our sofa, which turned out fab. They are also nice guys. Would recommend!

Poor quality service, with inadequate equipment. I had advised Aquarinse that my carpets were stained, they said they had industrial grade equipment that could deal with it. However, their cleaner Arek arrived with a hand held machine and lack of tools, wearing everyday clothes. The machine was unable to clean the carpets and only spread the stains. Their cleaner was difficult to deal with. I had to tell him 3 times to stop cleaning as I did not wish him to continue in the other rooms, he argued with me and was unprofessional. After Aquarinse I had to go to another carpet cleaning service and have the carpets cleaned again. (I attach photos of the carpet after Aquarinse cleaned it and after it was cleaned again by another company). I will say that Jordon did refund the cost of their service.

I also want to say that I am very concerned that honest google reviews for this company are being deleted. Creating a false impression of the company and the capabilities of their service.

Just had my lounge carpet cleaned by Aquarinse. Cannot fault them on any level. Good communication beforehand, arrived right on time, and gave a very polite and professional service. Carpet came up a treat! Fixed pricing very helpful too. I would not go anywhere else now.

Jordan did a great job of the large rug in my living room, plus the carpet on the stairs and landing. New lease of life for the living room rug especially which had ended up with big muddy footprints on it. Really nice guy too. I'd definitely use him again!
