Great value and great staff

Very poor service today. Was asked if been before. My reply was yes. Lad said mind handbrake off and engine off. Paid £2.00 for a wash. Went to go in. Handbrake was down engine off. Car wouldn't go. Things were switched Off then put back on. Lad tapped window. Told me to put brake off. I checked hand break was down. Still didn't go. So got told to come out. Lad said hand break down, to which it was and I told him it was. He said he saw me put hand break down. Which I didn't as was already down. Lad was rude. He said he would have to pay for me to go through again. To which he wasn't doing because it came out of his wages. Sorry to the people at back of me.Told me to look in my mirrors couldve cause a crash. If he knew I wasn't getting through he could have guided me out. I asked for him to move some stuff so I could get out. He didn't ask the drivers to move for me untill I said to asked for them to be moved. My brakes lock when engine is off!!!! A safety feature I have. Lad was very rude and very cheeky. Won't be there again!!!! Far better service on Woodmill Road

Excellent clean and shine!

Terrible service. Especially mini valet. 'Owner' says he is too busy doing paperwork so he can't do a mini valet. This has happened repeatedly. Told me that's the way it is and when I complained about it said sorry that's just your opinion. Immensely rude and confrontational. Will definitely never return here.

Paid for a £3 wash/wax/dry & car not rinsed properly so was dried with soapy water & when I got home it was scratched all along the driver's side!! Saturday 19/03/16
