just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff. the course, the club house. Everything was what golf heaven is all about. everyone was so down to earth and always willing to help. one day I'll get back and play there in the summer.

What a fabulous facility! From the moment you pull up outside through the pro shop to the catering and waiting staff the experience was 1st class. The practise group is better than most courses and free quality balls too!! And then the course, a great test and immaculate, especially for early May. Would return in an instant

There was an abundance of smiling faces looking after us from start to finish with fabulous attention to service. Put it together with the top class facilities, the beautiful course and its incredible fairways and challenging greens and you'll find this venue hard to beat. Thanks Archerfield. I'm still feeling it!

The attention to detail, wonderfully helpful and attentive staff make thus resort a truly special experience. Nothing was too much trouble....the food was great....our Pavilion suite was superb.....would have stayed longer if we could have!

The GEARS session I had with Oli Morton last week was brilliant. The sensors picked up every movement and allowed Ali to explain what exactly was happening at every point during my swing. The detailed statistics that he gathers are amazing but the ease with which he can explain what is causing any faults in the swing, looking at the before and after avatars, makes it so easy to understand. He changed one thing and stopped me cutting across the ball, adding 20 yards to my 6 iron. Now the work on grooving in the new swing begins. Thanks Oli, I really enjoyed the session.

Played the Fidra links today, a brilliant golf course. Has a great mixture of holes which requires every club in your bag. Can’t wait to go back

Played the Dirleton Course today....and enjoyed every minute.



Facilities are excellent throughout from the practice area, locker rooms, shop and bar. Course was a tough test of golf but condition was first class and greens were running pretty quick.



The welcome we received was fantastic throughout the day....spoke to one of the members playing behind us and even he seemed happy we were there playing on his course!



Great course, great facilities and felt most welcome. Well done Archerfield Links GC best golfing experience of 2017 so far.

I’ve stayed, played golf and used the SPA at Archerfield as a guest over the years and the welcome and facilities are 5* in every way.

I’ve been delivering hegdeing Plants to you for the last month or so, looks a fantastic place and would like to come up for a round or 2 during the summer.. I’ve been 6 times and Ian and his team have been great to work with.. Thanks and hopefully you will order so more plants in the future for me to bring up to you.. 👍

If you're ever invited to play here jump at the chance. Two fantastic courses and facilities that are second to none. The staff are excellent, food and drink prices very reasonable and the gents changing rooms are the best I've ever used.

I've been seeing Oliver Morton for coaching for a while now but he never ceases to amaze me. He is able to extrapolate the issues which would seem complex to the vast majority and provide me with very simple solutions that are easy to digest. He has improved my game immensely.



Oliver also identified a potential problem with my driver shaft and so booked me in with Ross Leeds for a driver fitting. Within 5 minutes Ross found the perfect shaft for me and it has made a huge difference. Both Oliver and Ross have went the extra mile to make the time i've spent at Archerfield so valuable. They are undoubtedly two of the best in their respective fields and they are both under the same roof!

Great set up with warm and friendly welcome from all staff we met during our visit.

Course was in good condition and being able to play in short sleeves on a warm day was a bonus.

I’ll be back!

Great day had by all of our party. Coming off the coach you are met by the staff to take care of your clubs. Accompanied by a staff member who took us up to the restaurant for our breakfast, given an itinerary of the days events, collected clubs at the buggy station ready for a warm up at the range, when our tee off time came we were all given a personalised Archerfield golf towel for our bag.

Amazing course to play, immaculate condition, tees and greens perfect, even with the prolonged spell of hot/dry weather we've been getting.

Pro shop is superb with numerous brands to chose from, all very reasonably priced.

2 course dinner after golf was excellent and served by very attentive staff.

Thank you very much Archerfield, especially Harris for making our outing a truly wonderful experience, our party were in awe by the hospitality shown on the day.

Again, a massive Thank You to all at Archerfield.

Fantastic day Golfing on the Fidra course, Course was excellent together with the beautiful surroundings. All the staff were great and made you feel very welcome. The breakfast rolls and afternoon tea was also excellent.

Fabulous place to play golf the courses, staff and club house are excellent

Both courses are fantastic, staff are nice and friendly. Would highly recommend

A great experience from the moment you pull down The Alley the service from all the team is 1st Class very down to earth and chatty with all food and drinks reasonably priced for such a fantastic resort

It’s a great setup and will definitely be back. I felt the course was well setup (we played the Fidra) but it misses on a couple of simple things:

- No signs to point you to the next tee

- No scorecards with the starter

- No course map on the back of the scorecard, only greens

- Areas of waste ground (sand) which are not raked and you end up in foot prints



As I say it’s definitely worth a visit but not as special as it could be.
