Really helpful and friendly staff, not pushy or salesman-like. Was given time to try all the mattress/beds and make a decision and all questions were answered. Mattress ordered on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday. Delivered on time and really pleased with the whole end to end service. 10/10.

Expensive & very limited stock

Ordered a divan base, had the usual email and text and when bed arrived it was damaged and wrong item. They collected after bit of confusion and delivered few days later incomplete order. Finally complete the delivery a week later. All took about 3 weeks.
Delivery missed without communications. Customer services tells you we will call you straight back but they never do.
The whole experience was very stressful and full of screw ups by this company and you can find the sepc furniture cheaper elsewhere.
Avoid this company, very bad indeed

I placed my order, I was sent an email and a follow up text to say it was coming on the Friday. The night before I got a final text to give me a 4 hour window. On the day, I had a text from the courier to say that it wasn't in the warehouse to collect so would not be delivered. I contacted Archers who apologised and assured me that it would definatley be with me the next day. That night I had repeat communications and the next morning a text to say it still wasn't at the warehouse. After already taking a day off work, I gave the company one last chance. They guaranteed delivery for today (2/9/16). I got all the usual communications to confirm delivery for today only to receive a text this morning to say it wasn't in the warehouse and would not be delivered. I have asked for a refund. Be warned that they will tell you anything and deliver nothing!

Appalling customer service. The tried to deliver on the wrong day when no one was home, then promised to send a confirmation text with a time window for the correct day. No text & I had to call them again only to be assured that my bed would come before 6pm. It did not arrive. Again, I called them only to be fobbed off with nonsense & a refusal to actually tell me when the bed would be delivered. In the end I had to just ask for a refund. And they genuinely could not have cared less. Save your time, energy & money & shop somewhere else.
