Ardioch Farm and MJ Livery offer assisted and full livery packages. Weekly lessons available, regular clinics and shows and fantastic facilities to hire including both indoor and outdoor schools and a grass dressage arena. A friendly and relaxed environme
Ardioch Farm & Mj Livery Description
Facilities available are many, offering well maintained paddock fields which have all been newly fenced and where troughs and fields are maintained daily. Clients are welcome to visit the Livery and chat with Mandy with all questions welcomed also.
With the owner, Mandy, living on site you can be safe in the knowledge that along with throughout the day daily checks there is also late evening checks carried out also to each livery.
Available on site once a week will be a fully qualified freelance instructor for clients to work with if required.
We cater for Mares and Geldings with parking available for horse boxes.
Facilities include:
*Mains electric fencing
*A locakable tack and feed barn with an undercover tie up and tack area
*A Hippo hot shower area
*An equilibrium massage pad
*On and off road hacking
*A farm ride purpose built good circuit with a track for cool off /warm ups and a section for uphill work, cantering or galloping
*The fields are poo picked daily
*An auto water feeder is available and hay is offered in the winter months
Arenas & Pens:
*20x30 indoor arena with kickboards and mirrors
*20x40 purpose built grass dressage arena
*25x50 outdoor all weather arena
*50ft Monty Roberts lunge pen
*A cross country practice area with a selection of quality jumps QHSJ
Facilities are also available for public use either morning, afternoon or all day this comes with the option to turn out in a 5 acre paddock whilst enjoying lunch or a break. Toilet facilities are also available for clients.

14.1hh new forest pony mare. Lovely little mare who schools, jumps, hacks and is a general pleasure to be around! Safe and sensible but will pick up the pace for a rider with confidence.

We are close to main roads for access to Huntly/Aberdeen/Banff/Elgin etc.
Working farm environment supplying our own top quality hay and straw. Happy horses = happy owners!

Well I've only been here a week and I must say, I'm very happy and impressed with the yard. I came here a nervous owner and in one week I feel so much better, every one at the yard is so helpful. I can now see a happy future for me and my boy.
I was here Monday 23rd Oct clipping 3 of Mandy's horses. Everyone was so nice, easy to get on with and a lovely quiet and relaxed yard
Had a fantastic evening of teaching there. The indoor school is great to work in and look forward to see clients using the other facilities mandy and Johnny have got to offer.
Fantastic yard superb hospitality. Great facilities xx
Facilities look amazing. I hired the indoor school today to work on my jumping with my cob. Great school to work in and would highly recommend. I will definitely be returning.
