I had the great pleasure of meeting Dr. Eman El-Bahnassawy & her Assistant Louise today when Dr. Eman made an emergency repair on my braces. Louise answered my call for help with my damaged braces & fit me into Dr. Eman's schedule. Dr. Eman was very professional, kind, gentle with her touch & personable. She explained how she was going to repair my braces & then proceeded to do so with care & a gentle touch. I am traveling & only in Edinburgh for two days & Dr. Eman's & Louise's assistance & kindness are most appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Eman & if she had her practice in my home country I would surely be a patient of hers. Thank you, Dr. Eman & Louise!
