The Accies are back at Memorial Field this weekend as our senior squad take on Grangemouth Rugby Club off the back of a strong performance against Irvine last weekend. Lets see the #acciesfam out cheering the boys on in their last pre season game of the season, the bar will be open from midday.

Huge congratulations to Accies players Shelley Main, Stephanie Murray & Marie-ann Wales who smashed the under 20s trial for Scotland and have been invited back to tomorrow’s session.
A huge achievement for these Ardrossan girls, a huge achievement for the club and a credit to head coach Brian Reid.

On Saturday our senior squad take on Irvine Rugby Club in the 2nd pre season friendly of the year. The game kicks off at 3pm at Marress and we're hoping for another big showing from the #acciesfam as the boys take on another local team.

Tomorrow our senior squad are in action in their first pre season friendly of the year. The team is facing Greenock Wanderers RFC 1873 at 3pm and it would be great to see the #acciesfam out to cheer the squad on.

Congratulations to Diane Wood who picked up the Rugby Fit trophy for 2018. It's a great achievement to win this and 2018 has definitely been the hardest training regime yet! 8 weeks ago Diane came along, made almost every session, and starting coming to regular training too. Diane - well deserved!
If you fancy trying out rugby, come and join us at training on sundays from 10.30 until 12 midday and tuesdays 6.30 until 8pm. Newbies very welcome.

Good luck to the four Accies playing for the Glasgow and the West against Caledonia in Aberdeen today.
Joe McHugh and James Reid are playing for the U16s at 12pm and Finlay Cairns and Ruairidh Anderson are playing for the U20s at 3pm.

Ardrossan Accies are hosting a summer camp on the 6-10th August for S1-S5s Boys and Girls in conjunction with MP Health CIC.
The price is £50 and this can be paid on the first day of the camp.

Last week our Youth Rugby Camps partnered up with MP Health CIC and some of their other athletes to work on Sprint Mechanics and early S&C movements led by MP coaches before doing some rugby skills in the afternoon.
Feedback has been well received with kids liking the opportunity to do some gym work! Ardrossan Accies RFC are looking for sponsors for the 18/19 season and beyond. Both our senior men's and lady's teams play rugby all over Scotland in national leagues and we have a rapidly expanding youth section that ranges from primary school ages right through to U18s.
We can offer pitch side advertising for all home games, advertising slots in our match day programmes, online advertising via our website and various other forms of exposure for your business. We can also offer a limited number of sponsorship deals.

Ardrossan RFC are still looking for volunteers to lead on a girls section at the Club. The position is flexible with their being no set age group at the Club currently. With good numbers through Schools in North Ayrshire we want to provide a pathway for girls to take up the sport formally and compete within SRU Competition.
Training times, venues, coach development, qualifications any answers to any questions can all be discussed! If interested please email rugbydev@ardrossanrugby.com - All we are asking for is your time and enthusiasm to continue girls rugby!
